With all of the different things that I’ve had going on, now that I’m back home, I decided to take time this weekend to relax away from the computer and spend time with the wife and focus on our home. One of the joys that come with summer is mowing the lawn. Yeah! So Renee captured this amazing moment of me running out of gas!

Well a few weeks back my wife Renee had come across Rue, a lil’ affenpinscher while taking care of things over at Love At First Sight. We brought the buddy home for about a week, trying to decide whether or not to keep him. Although he was cute, it just wasn’t the match for us, nor the time. We’re proud to say that Renee found a great home for him, she actually gets to see him at least once a week!

Roadside coming back to San Diego from Las vegas.

For those of you that don’t know I just got back from a 10 day trip out to San Diego & Las Vegas trip, and I have to admit it’s great to be back in the saddle with the wife by my side.  San Diego, what a great place!  I have to admit from my limited time there in the last year, I find the people much more laid back and happy.  If the cost of housing wasn’t such a large increase from Nashville, I would probably be finding a way to pack up our house and drive out there by the end of next month.

Thrifty rent-a-car adventures.

I’m going to be taking care of a few things in the next couple of days and one of those things is editing down the amazing wedding I was able to shoot with Bobby Earle on Saturday.  I’m so stoked about showing these beautiful images!  Keep posted… 

So I’ve been out in San Diego again for about a week now with a few day trip in between to Las Vegas to visit with the parents.  I shot a great wedding last weekend, saw Vegas for the very first time, and I just shot another fabulous wedding yesterday!!!  Life has really been great… and I really need to give thanks to a great friend of my Bobby Earle for his words of wisdom and his willingness to share his insight in photography as a whole with me. Take a look at his site, I stand rock solid in saying that you will not be disappointed in viewing his work.
